Executive Virtual Assistant · GoHighLevel Specialist · Professional chaos-tamer

You built the business.
Darling, let me build the engine.

Since 2022 I’ve been the person behind the scenes for female-led coaching, consulting, and service brands — building the funnels, wiring the automations, and keeping the day-to-day moving. Mostly in GoHighLevel, and in WordPress, Wix and Squarespace when that’s where you live.

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck. No pressure — I don’t chase clients, I deliver for them.

Your marketing isn’t the problem, love.
Your systems are.

Leads come in and get ghosted. A launch gets planned and the follow-up never gets built. The offer is gorgeous — the machine behind it was never finished. That’s the part I build. Then I keep it running, beautifully.

    The pledge

    01

    Isobel

    From the Hebrew Elisheva

“God is my oath.” A name that means a promise kept.

I didn’t choose my name, but I decided a long time ago to earn it — and I don’t do anything halfway. It’s why I trade under it. Here is what it actually means when you hand me the keys to your business.

    01

Nothing goes live without your yes

Every page, every sequence, every change stays in draft until you’ve seen it and said yes. You will never discover a change to your business by stumbling across it live.

    02

    Backup first. Always.

Duplicate first, edit second — every single time. If something goes wrong, the version that was working is still sitting there untouched.

    03

You’ll never have to chase me

A written update at the end of every week: what moved, what’s next, what I need from you. Including the weeks when the honest answer is “still building”.

    04

    Your account stays yours

I work from my own user seat, so you can see exactly what I’ve done and revoke access any day without an awkward conversation. I never publish a client’s name, screenshots or results without written permission — which is precisely why the work on this page is anonymous.

    05

    No lock-in. No drama.

Native builds your own team can edit, a walkthrough recording, and written documentation at handover. If you outgrow me, you leave with everything still working.

    06

If I can’t do it well, I’ll say so

I’d rather lose the project than hand you something I’m not proud of. An honest no costs us both far less than a polite yes.

    Brand
Isobel — Janna Mikaella Isobel B. Bajenting

    Hi, I’m Janna —
    Isobel to my brand.

I’m an executive virtual assistant and GoHighLevel specialist, which in practice means I’m the one building the funnel, wiring the automation, chasing the follow-ups, and making sure the launch actually goes out on time.

I started in customer service and operations — support desks, logistics, account management — before moving into virtual assistance and digital marketing in 2022. That background is why I think in systems first: I’ve seen what happens downstream when the backend is messy, and I’d rather fix it at the source.

Since then I’ve supported female-led businesses across coaching, consulting, e-commerce, and service industries — funnel and website design, CRM automation, brand assets, social content, and full event coordination for conferences and workshops.

I’m ambitious, and I don’t whisper about it. I want the build to be excellent, not just finished — and I build things your team can actually maintain, so you’re never locked into me.

    Off the clock

    yes, it exists

Ambitious, and not shy about it

I set targets I’m not sure I can hit yet, then work out how to hit them. Same instinct that makes me rebuild a workflow three times until it’s genuinely clean.

    Tennis and pickleball

Both games reward footwork and patience over raw power. Turns out that’s also true of building systems that hold up.

    Performing well is the point

I’d rather be told what’s wrong with the build than told it’s fine. Feedback makes the work better, and I want the better work.

A serious weakness for cute outfits

A good outfit is a strategy. Getting dressed properly is half my motivation to show up sharp — on camera or not.

    I eat raw onions

Plain. On purpose. You’re welcome to judge — quietly.

      Three builds, in detail.

      Case 01

      A women’s business summit

      Application funnel · GoHighLevel, Canva

      The situation

A multi-speaker virtual summit needed sponsors and exhibitors to apply, choose a package, and submit their assets — without the host chasing every applicant by email.

      What I built

      • A branded sponsor and exhibitor application funnel with tiered packages
      • A conditional application form that routed applicants by tier
      • Automated confirmation and asset-request follow-up
      • A pipeline so the host could see every applicant’s stage at a glance

      Case 02

      A teen coaching brand

Landing page rebuild · GoHighLevel, Canva

      The situation

The existing landing page no longer matched the brand the coach had grown into — dated layout, weak hierarchy, and a mobile view that fell apart.

      What I built

      • A full page rebuild using native elements only, so the client’s team could keep editing it
      • Restructured sections with a clearer path to the main call to action
      • New type hierarchy and spacing system
      • A separate mobile pass, reviewed section by section before publishing

      Case 03

      A travel-nurse coaching brand

Masterclass funnel & site · GoHighLevel, Canva

      The situation

A coaching brand selling a multi-week wealth-strategy program to working nurses needed a masterclass funnel that could run without the founder babysitting it.

      What I built

      • Masterclass registration and replay funnel
      • Follow-up email sequence from registration through to the offer
      • Booking calendar integration for discovery calls
      • Supporting brand website structure and page design

      How we’d work

      07

      Four steps. No surprises.

      01

      Discovery call

We talk through what you’re selling, what’s breaking, and what you actually need built. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck, no pressure.

      02

      Written scope

You get it in writing: what I’m building, in what order, what I need from you, and the timeline. Agreed before anything starts.

      03

      Build & review

I build in stages and send a preview at each one. Everything stays in draft until you’ve seen it and signed off.

      04

      Handover

A walkthrough recording and documentation so your team can run it. Retainer support after, if you’d rather I kept running it.

      Question 1 of 3

      Where are you right now?

      Questions

      09

      Good questions.

Yes — most of my work is with clients abroad. I work asynchronously by default and set overlapping hours for calls and anything time-sensitive. Tell me your time zone on the discovery call and we’ll agree on a window that works.

No. GoHighLevel is where I’m deepest, but I also build in WordPress, Wix and Squarespace. If your site already lives somewhere that works, I’d rather improve it than move you for the sake of it.

That’s the point. I build with native elements rather than custom code wherever possible, so your team can change copy and images without breaking the layout. You also get a walkthrough recording and written documentation at handover.

It depends on what’s already booked. Small page builds can usually start within a week; full account buildouts need a little more lead time. I’ll give you a real date on the discovery call rather than an optimistic one.

Yes. I work inside agency sub-accounts under your brand, and I’m happy to stay invisible to your clients. Retainer is usually the better structure for this.

I’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere better. I’d rather be honest than booked.
